Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of boat party services provided by Boatox (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the customer. By booking a party with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
• Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• You may reschedule your booking without any additional charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• If we need to reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, safety concerns), we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and offer alternative arrangements.
• Cancellations are possible, under the condition that the “Free Cancellation” is selected at check out for each individual ticket.
• If Free Cancellation is not selected, the tickets are only subject to free rescheduling (in compliance with the time conditions outlined above), and no refund will be issued.
• In instances of higher power, coronavirus, or family emergencies, please contact us at info@boatox.es to outline the situation and apply for a refund. We are here to help!

Safety and Conduct

• For the safety of all guests, we reserve the right to refuse boarding to anyone under
  the influence of excessive alcohol or drugs.
• Appropriate behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to remove any
  guests from the boat who are disruptive or pose a safety risk, without refund.

Liability

• We accept no liability for personal injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the
  event.
• Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. We cannot be held
  responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Data Protection

• We will process your personal data in accordance with EU General Data Protection
  Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws.
• Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booking
  and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
